A new month is like a clean page on your calendar. We can look back on the month behind us, learn from it, let go of what didn’t serve us and start fresh! Whether your last month was amazing or miserable, another chance is here. 🌟

Yes! Wonderful words of wisdom to live by every time your calendar turns to a new month. You can’t erase the last month, but YOU have the power to create a brand new ending… starting today!
Here are 3 simple things you can do TODAY to make this month YOUR BEST MONTH YET.
✨LOOK BACK
Take a couple deep breaths and think back on the month that has passed. Jot down some notes on...
What went well? No matter how small, recognize it and celebrate it!
What didn’t go so well? Don’t beat yourself up, learn from it!
What did you learn about yourself? Your business? Relationships?
Once you’ve allowed yourself to reflect on the past month, swallow that disappointment/failure/hangup and LET.IT.GO. Thank last month for the lessons you learned and wish it farewell!
✨SET INTENTIONS
Don’t overwhelm yourself by creating a lengthy list of new years resolutions. Take some time to identify one or two positive intentions you want to focus on this month.
How do you want to feel this month? What do you want to accomplish?
Use positive affirming language.
Here’s an example of one small intention I might set for each category:
A. I Will… read for 15 minutes a day out of a book I enjoy.
B. I Will… exercise in a way that feels good for at least 30 mins, 3x per week.
C. I Will… connect with a friend or family member that means something to me each week.
These small goals will create positive momentum and you’ll feel accomplished at the end of the month which will encourage you to keep going!
✨ SMALL EVERY DAY ACTIONS
Intentions are great, but you have to pair that bitch with action. Start small and commit to doing at least ONE thing every single day that moves you closer to your goal.
Break down your monthly intentions into weekly, then daily goals. If your intention is to learn a new language, your daily action may be to watch one YouTube video or practice for 20 minutes.
Remember, progress over perfection! Some days you’ll want to crawl into bed and do nothing. You’re going to miss days, okay?! What matters is that you show back up for yourself and continue taking steps forward even when you don’t feel like it. Celebrate the small victories!
